Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your gemstone.
  • The gemstone must be in its original, unaltered condition, accompanied by its original certificates (if applicable), packaging, and receipt of purchase.
  • Any gemstone that has been damaged, set into jewelry, or altered in any way after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-cut gemstones or specially ordered items.
  • Shipping charges and custom duties/taxes incurred during the initial delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned gemstone, we will send you an email/WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
