Since each gem in our collection is carefully selected and inspected for its superior quality, we ensure that our shipping process is just as secure and premium.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use secure, insured international couriers to deliver your valuable investments safely.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Royal Ray Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and a WhatsApp update containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
